1. What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request deletion of your account, we will remove the following information:
Your profile details (name, email, phone number, etc.)
Appointment history and associated medical details
Saved doctor preferences or favorites
Communication logs and notifications
Any other personally identifiable data stored by us
Note: In accordance with legal or regulatory obligations, we may be required to retain certain transaction or medical records for a specified period before complete deletion.
2. How to Request Deletion
To delete your data, you may choose any of the following options:
a. In-App Request
Go to: Settings > Account > Delete Account
Follow the steps to confirm and permanently delete your account.
b. Email Request
Send an email to [Insert Support Email] with the subject line: “Request for Data Deletion”, including your registered mobile number or email ID for verification.
3. Processing Time
We aim to process all data deletion requests within 7 working days of receiving a valid request.
You will receive a confirmation email or notification once your data has been successfully deleted.
4. Third-Party Services
If you’ve used third-party logins (like Google, Apple, or Facebook), we recommend revoking access from those platforms separately.
