Quality of service offered by the providers
Any issues during the appointment (e.g., cancellations, delays) must be resolved directly with the healthcare provider.

Some services may be free; others may involve payments directly to the doctor or clinic.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Any applicable refund or rescheduling must be handled as per the healthcare provider’s policies.
DocTech is not responsible for disputes related to fees or refunds between users and doctors.

All content on DocTech (including logos, design, text, graphics, and software) is the property of DocTech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
DocTech shall not be held liable for:
Any medical negligence or malpractice by healthcare providers
Any delay, cancellation, or rescheduling of appointments
Any data loss or breach due to unauthorized access, unless caused by our negligence
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app
